WINEMAKING
Controlled fermentation with destemmed grapes.
Maceration after fermentation for two weeks.
Made with grapes from old vineyards.
18 months in new French oak barrels.
12 months in bottle before release.
TASTING NOTES
- Cherry red colour, well covered with ruby hues, clean and bright.
- Complex, fine and elegant nose. Aromas of ripe red fruit stand out against a background of toasted bread, new oak and spicy oak.
- Good entry on the palate. Warm and enveloping on the palate, with good balance and pleasant tannins.
- In retroolfaction, the aromas found on the nose are once again evident, together with hints of liquorice and coffee. Good and pleasant persistence on the finish.
